This page contains the updated Regions Bank Terms and Conditions for Foreign Exchange and Supplemental Agreement to Regions Deposit Account Multi-Currency Transaction Accounts contract-governing documents, as well as an OTC Foreign Exchange Authorization Risk Disclosure Statement, which summarizes certain risks associated with OTC FX transactions.

The updated Terms and Conditions for Foreign Exchange, per the prior Terms & Conditions, govern all new foreign exchange transactions and any material changes to existing transactions made on or after three days of the posting of these Terms and Conditions for Foreign Exchange to this website.

The changes to the updated Supplemental Agreement to Regions Deposit Account Multi-Currency Transaction Accounts affect all multicurrency accounts beginning on April 17, 2017.
