Enrollment in Online Banking requires eligible Regions accounts. To enroll in Online Banking, you must have either a Social Security or Tax Identification Number or use alternative enrollment procedures available by visiting a branch. Mobile Banking, Regions Mobile Banking app, Alerts, Notifications, Text Banking and Mobile Deposit require a compatible device and enrollment in Online Banking. All are subject to separate terms and conditions. There is no fee to access Online Banking or Mobile Banking, but fees may apply to certain products and services offered through Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Mobile Deposit may be subject to fees. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data fees may apply. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Regions Bill Pay or Zelle.® U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle.®
Qualifying first-lien home mortgage loans must be serviced by Regions, must not be past due or in default and do not include home equity loans or home equity lines of credit, or construction, manufactured housing and business loans.
For purposes of determining eligibility based on your combined balances, we use (i) the average daily balance for a month as of the last business day of the month for deposit balances, (ii) the outstanding principal balance as of the last business day of the month for loan balances, and (iii) the account value as of the last business day of the month for annuity and investment balances.
You will be automatically enrolled in the Preferred Banking Program 6 - 8 weeks after qualification. Eligibility restrictions and exclusions may apply. Please contact a Regions banker for details. Regions will assess program enrollment requirements every 12 months on or about your enrollment anniversary date to determine your eligibility for program enrollment for an additional 12 months. Regions reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the Preferred Banking Program at any time.
