How to Set Up Text Banking
- In Regions Online Banking[1]: From the Customer Service menu, select Alerts. In preferences, select Manage Text Banking and your preferred accounts and phone numbers.
- In the Regions mobile app[2]: From the main menu, select Alerts. Select Manage Text Banking and your preferred accounts and phone numbers.
How It Works
- Send an approved command to the Regions to request the information you need.
- Receive a text message reply.
- Message and data rates may apply.
