Regions Help & Support
FAQ
What can I do to protect my account information?
We recommend the following precautions:
- Do not share your personal identifying or account information, including one-time codes, usernames, passwords and PINs. Remember that Regions will never call you to ask for this information, and you can share it with a trusted Regions banker only if you reach out to us for customer support.
- Change your password often and choose a password that is difficult to guess.
- Make sure no one is watching when you enter your username and password.
- Log out before you leave your device, especially if using a shared or public computer.
- Avoid logging in to your account using public and shared computers.
- Never send confidential information via email — use the secure message center while you are logged in to Online Banking.
- Take care with browser features such as auto-fill, and be aware that if you choose to activate this feature, anyone with access to your computer may be able to replicate that activity.
