How can I use more than one email address?
At this time, the system supports one email address for primary contact.
To review or edit your email address and other contact information,
- choose Customer Service, then Settings in Regions Online Banking, or
- choose Settings in the menu of our mobile app.
Keep in mind that while you can update the email address for your profile in the Settings area, it will not change your preferences for account-related notifications, text banking or alerts. You can update those preferences separately.
To update the email address for your account-related notifications, make sure to verify, add or change your email address to keep your contact information up to date.
