What are my statement options for my checking account?
Online Statements – A digital version of your statement is available through Regions Online Banking and the mobile app. Learn more about account eligibility and all digital documents that are accessible in our Online Statements and Documents page. Also, images of cleared checks and deposit items can be found in your transaction history. When you enroll in online statements, you will stop receiving paper statements.
- Check Images in Online Banking – View transaction history, then select the check number to view the image. You can view and print electronic images of the front and back of checks that have cleared your account within the past 18 months from the account activity details.
- Check images in our mobile app – View transaction history. Look for an icon that indicates you can view check and deposit items associated with that transaction. You will be able to view cleared checks and deposit items originating from your account.
Paper Statements – Available on all accounts.
- Check Images – Reduced images of the front of your checks are provided with each statement. We can provide full size copies of checks upon request.
- Deluxe Images – Enlarged images of both sides of your checks are provided. Some statement and check handling options are subject to fees. Please see the Regions Pricing Schedule for details.
