Unredeemed points will expire no earlier than 48 months after they are earned. Each year any unredeemed points that you earned at least 48 months ago will expire on the last day of your anniversary month, which is the month when you began participating in the Program. For example, if you began participating in the program on April 15, 2019 and you earned 500 Points in June 2019, any unredeemed portion of these points will expire at the end of April 2024. Rewards points will be redeemed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Whether you earned points with a Relationship Rewards credit card account or Regions personal checking account, you may redeem any unexpired points as long as your account remains open, in good standing, and Regions continues to provide the program.

• If Regions terminates the program, or closes your Relationship Rewards credit card account and/or checking account, you have up to 90 days to redeem your points.
• If you close your account, you will immediately forfeit any points that are credited to your Rewards account.
