If you are a homeowner or lender and would like to subordinate or pay off and close a home equity loan or home equity line of credit, please choose one of the options below.

Home Equity Loan Payoff Information

To request the amount to pay off a home equity line of credit or loan, please login to MyMortgage, call 1-800-986-2462, visit your local Regions branch, or send a request in writing to Regions Loan Operations at the address or fax below. If submitting the request in writing, you must provide the loan number, the property address, and the expected date of the payoff.

Payoff Requests for Real Estate Loans: For Customer's and Authorized Third Parties

Payoff Statements for Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), Home Equity Loans, and Mortgages can be requested through our Automated Telephone System. To request a Payoff Statement for these loans: 

1. Call 1-800-986-2462
2. Enter the ten-digit account number when prompted
3. Enter the last five Digits of the authorizing social security number.
4. Select Option 2 “Order a Payoff”
   • a. Press 1 to confirm
5. Select Option 1 for a Payoff Statement
   • a. Press 1 to confirm
6. Enter the Date the payoff Statement should be good through:
   • a. MM/DD/YY Format
   • b. Must be a business day
   • c. Payoffs for HELOCs cannot be ordered more than 15 days in advance
7. Select the Reason for the Payoff
8. Select how the payoff statement should be issued:
   • a. 1. Fax
     • i. Enter ten-digit fax number.
   • b. 2. Mail to the Mailing Address on Record
9. The IVR will indicate that your request has been processed and an estimated delivery time.
