How do I check the status of a disputed transaction?
A Regions associate can use the Claim ID number you received when you filed the dispute to quickly check the claim status for you. The claim status will indicate where we are in the review and investigation process.
You can contact a Regions associate through messaging in Online Banking, by visiting your local branch or by calling us at 1-800-417-2859.
Please make sure your email address on file is up to date. We'll automatically send you a claim status update by email about provisional credits or debits to your account.
