How will OOBA phone call work?

Contact Method: Phone Call

  1. You will receive a phone call from Regions to your registered phone number
  2. A six-digit code will display in your Online Banking screen
  3. On your phone, enter the six digit code as displayed on your Online Banking screen then press #
  4. If you do not answer the call in a given time, or the system does not receive the appropriate response, the transaction will be cancelled.
  5. If you do not answer the call on selected primary number in a given time, or the system does not receive the appropriate response then you will receive a call to your secondary phone number which you have registered.
  6. After the code is successfully entered, you will be able to continue with your transaction in Online Banking
