How will OOBA text message work?

Contact Method: Text Message

  1. You will receive a SMS text from Regions to your registered phone number
  2. A six-digit temporary PIN will display in your Online Banking screen
  3. On your phone, Reply to the text you receive with temporary PIN displayed on your Online Banking followed by the second PIN that will be sent to your device. Do not use spaces in your text reply
  4. If you do not reply the SMS text in a given time, or the system does not receive the appropriate response, the transaction will be cancelled
  5. If you do not reply the SMS text on selected primary number in a given time, or the system does not receive the appropriate response then you will receive a SMS text to your secondary phone number which you have registered
  6. After the code is successfully entered, you will be able to continue with your transaction in Online Banking
