How do I turn off an alert?

Log in to Online Banking or the Regions Mobile app anytime to manage your settings for Regions Alerts, including choosing your preferred delivery method (email, text and/or push notification) and turning individual alerts on and off.

Online Banking

You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the Customer Service tab. Log in to see the options available to you.

Mobile app

You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the main menu. Log in to see the options available to you.

To disable all SMS alerts, text the word STOP in response to a Regions Alert.

You may receive certain email notifications from Regions automatically. To learn more, see Why can’t I turn off some alerts?
