How do I turn on an alert?
Log in to Online Banking or the Regions Mobile app anytime to manage your settings for Regions Alerts, including choosing your preferred delivery method (email, text and/or push notification) and turning alerts on and off.
Online Banking
You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the Customer Service tab. Log in to see the options available to you.
Mobile app
You can set up and manage your alerts by choosing Alerts from the main menu. Log in to see the options available to you.
When/if you receive alerts from Regions may depend on factors outside of our control, including your email provider and mobile carrier, and your email, device and app settings.
