How can I get a copy of a cleared check?
Images of cleared checks and deposit items can be found in your transaction history.
In Online Banking: view transaction history, then select the check number to view the image. You can view and print electronic images of the front and back of checks that have cleared your account within the past 18 months from the account activity details.
In our mobile app: view transaction history to see activity from the last 90 days. Look for an icon that indicates you can view check and deposit items associated with that transaction. You will be able to view cleared checks and deposit items originating from your account.
You also can order a copy of any check that has cleared your account within the past seven years. Log in to Online Banking and select Services from the Customer Service menu. Then choose Order Statements & Check Copies under the Account Services heading. There is a fee of $5 for each check copy, and copies are delivered by mail.
