What are the delivery options when I transfer money?
When you submit a same-day internal transfer, it is immediately authorized and reflected in your checking, savings and money market account balances, as well as transfers to your credit card. Transfers to other types of loan accounts are debited from your account immediately based on cutoff time but take one additional business day to be reflected in your loan balance.
For external transfers, you can choose next-day delivery (one business day) or standard delivery (one to three business days). Next-day delivery is based on eligibility requirements.
You can check your external transfer status at any time in online banking or the mobile app. You will receive an email when it is complete.
