What is the trial deposit verification process?
If your accounts are not instantly verified, we will ask you to start the Trial Deposit verification process.
Regions will make two small deposits into your external account. Review the external account for the (less than $1) deposits in 2 – 3 business days. If you do not see the deposits, contact your bank or credit union.
Verify the deposits by going to the Preferences page under My Other Accounts in Regions Online Banking or mobile app. Select Verify next to your account and enter the two deposit amounts. Your account will be made active and ready for transfers.
Regions will reverse the Trial Deposits after you verify your external account or after a predetermined time.
